Terms and Conditions for the use of the CounterSnipe website

Scope

These terms and conditions represents the only agreement between the user (you) and CounterSnipe Limited regarding the use of any website operated by CounterSnipe Limited unless agreed upon otherwise by both parties.

Acceptance

By using any public CounterSnipe website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out in this document.

Intended audience

General

Authorised users are granted the right to access any information that they can access via an authenticated web interface. Authorised users also agree to provide correct information during any registration process and will not provide any confidential information to any other parties under any circumstances. Definition of usage

(v) To publish or distribute any information from the CounterSnipe website with or without the appropriate copyright notices without the explicit consent of CounterSnipe (which may be granted in the original information and must be included in any further distribution).

Privacy statement and intrusion detection

CounterSnipe collects some voluntary information from interested parties who attempts to download information from certain parts of the website. This information is collected for the purpose of contacting parties who agreed to being contacted, either via telephone or via email, to provide them with information that is more appropriately supplied in a direct communication, rather than through a website.

CounterSnipe retains the right to identify and track authenticated users on our website.

CounterSnipe retains the right to detect attempted intrusions and to record access attempts for potentially legal purposes (both criminal and civil).

This agreement is governed by the United Kingdom law.
